Both…just put a catheter (port a cath) in the artery feeding the organ and than inject the sodium bicarbonate as per treatment protocol outline on the internet site

Here are the phrases I do not understand in concerning your baking soda treatment: “This is possible by the selective arteriography (the visualisation through instrumentation of specific arteries) and by the positioning of the arterial port-a-cath (these devices are small basins used to join the catheter)”.
Is arteriography just psychological visuation of the location to treat?
