Newspact steals intellectual property
We have found that articles we write are being pirated and used without our permission. One such occurrence is by Newspact at

When we contacted their upstream provider, SoftLayer Technologies they sent us a bunch of legal nonsense rather than to honor our wishes. It seems they allow their clients to steal other people’s work rather than taking action. We don’t recommend using Softlayer.com as your provider after what we have witnessed about them.
We have also contacted newspact and are currently in the process of contacting advertisors who work with newspact and softlayer. We are also contacting search engines where these sites are listed and requesting their sites are banned from inclusion in their data base.
We will post more information on this action as it becomes available. Our word of advice is to watch these two companies that they don’t steal your work also.
